As Aaron’s wife and business partner, I see first-hand how much of his heart he puts into serving his clients. While I work at the office, he’s physically in the homes, getting to know both clients and caregivers to better address the daily challenges they face. Because Aaron makes himself available to our clients and everyone on their “team” (caregivers, family, doctors, etc.), he can more quickly assess issues and identify solutions.
When problems are solved and challenges overcome, there is also celebration and appreciation. Nothing makes Aaron happier than celebrating victories with clients and their caregivers. Those wins can be as big as bringing a client home from the hospital. It can be finding the exact piece of assistive equipment to make a client more comfortable at home. Or when a caregiver discovers the one topic of conversation that really makes a client come to life when they talk about it. Aaron likes to recognize those moments as well, to thank our amazing caregivers for what they do, and to congratulate our clients for whatever win they experienced that week.
This morning, a caregiver called me with a quick question. Before she said goodbye, she said, “I really love working for your company. I love seeing Aaron in the home. He really cares about us. You can see his heart.”
I think that’s pretty accurate.
